Nathan Frederico, RICP, President

Mayfield Financial and Estate Protection Services, Inc.

Nathan joined Mayfield Financial and Estate Protection Services, Inc. in April 2017, and now serves as President.  He brings with him over a decade of experience as an investment analyst and portfolio manager and believes in a safety-first approach to retirement income planning.  His dissatisfaction with the world of stock market volatility and high investment advisor fees led him to value the unique Safe Money strategies and put clients first.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University in Utah (2008).  His background provides an understanding of overall finance and market trends that will help clients of Mayfield Financial achieve their retirement and financial goals.


Nolan Reidhead, Esq.,

Nolan is an attorney licensed in the State of Arizona. In 1994, Mr. Reidhead received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance, from the Southern Utah University. In 1998, Mr. Reidhead received his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. While attending law school, Mr. Reidhead also clerked for 2 years at the Law Firm of Honsa & Michaels, P.A. in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In 1999, after becoming licensed in the State of Arizona, Mr. Reidhead started his own firm and now focuses his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate and Trust administration and business entity establishment.

Mr. Reidhead is very experienced in the proper creation, effective coordination and continuing management of simple and diverse business and estate plans. Mr. Reidhead is versed in the formulation and maintenance of various business entities, including corporations (profit and non-profit), limited liability companies, and family limited partnerships. He also has extensive experience with determining the need for and the drafting of various estate, tax, and business planning documents, including powers of attorney, living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, special needs trusts, educational trusts, buy-sell agreements, and shareholder agreements.

Mr. Reidhead also has extensive experience in probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and trust administration matters. Such experience includes the important steps of working with his client’s family members, relatives, and others to coordinate and implement their estate plan during times of disability and death.


David A. Lotz, Certified Public Accountant

David has a broad background in both public and private accounting.  In the past, he served in professional and management positions for a Fortune 500 technology-based company in the areas of accounting, finance, and auditing.  After moving to Tucson, Arizona in 1996, David Lotz established his public accounting firm in the Tucson area.  Through his firm, he provides tax and financial/accounting/payroll services related to individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts including tax preparation and planning, financial statement preparation, compilations and reviews, and business planning and consulting.

Multi-entity business structure, analysis, and setup for the purpose of meeting clients’ needs for asset protection, estate and tax planning, and retirement planning is an area of focus.  Mr. Lotz utilizes a team approach through the interface and consultation from other relevant outside professionals.

David A. Lotz, CPA, strives to work closely with each client, in a team approach, in order to understand and fulfill each client’s unique needs and desires.  His clients consider him a trusted professional in the accounting, financial, and tax areas.  As an indicator of these relationships, David’s practice has grown primarily from client referrals.

David Lotz has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has completed graduate coursework.  In addition to his formal education, David continually updates his knowledge through professional development and educational opportunities.
